Founded in 2003 by Phil Rath, Compass Packaging has grown from a small team of only five people to a robust organization of more than sixty dedicated employees.

Their humble beginnings in a modest 24,000 square-foot building didn’t last long. Today, they operate two locations and boast over 150,000 square feet in their headquarters in Mantua, Ohio. Throughout their rapid growth, they’ve maintained a reputation of providing quality products and timely service.

Their converting capabilities have expanded from simple brown boxes to now include multi-colored point of purchase displays. The addition of two litho-laminators has allowed Compass Packaging to cover a broad spectrum of graphics. Investment in converting equipment has been a cornerstone of their growth.
